Abbey Bell Catering, which provides healthy food in Hoboken and Jersey City through catering, cooking lessons and delivery, is now taking orders for Thanksgiving platters and full-meal options. ABC specializes in gluten-free and paleo menus, but owner Abbey Bell says she’s not limited to those items and can craft a menu designed with any dietary needs in mind.

Thanksgiving trays can be tailored to serve eight to 10 people. Bell says many customers cooking at home will order a combination of starters and sides to make the holiday more relaxing.

“You can mix and match from the menu or order the whole she-bang,” she says.  “If you’re hosting, we can do the heavy lifting so you can enjoy the day with your family and friends. If you’re a guest tasked with bringing a dish, you can order one of our sides and pass it off as your own—your secret will be safe with us.”

All orders will be delivered before Thanksgiving with instructions on how to heat and serve. Cash on delivery and Venmo (Abbey-Bell-1) are accepted.
