Identical twins Lulu and Lala Gonzalez, from North Bergen, New Jersey, are among the new teams competing in The Amazing Race’s 20th anniversary season, which begins this month.

Lulu and Lala are known in the tri-state are as hosts on KTU’s 103.5–The BEAT of New York, an iHeart Radio station, as well as 939MIA in South Florida. Prior to joining iHeartMedia, they spent two years in South Florida hosting their own afternoon show on Miami’s New HITS 97.3 and co-hosted Ty Loves NY on 92.3Now CBS Radio.

The Gonzalez twins have been a presence at industry events—like Wynwood Life Arts Festival, Mad Decent Block Party and Miami Music Week, the Billboard Awards, the Latin Grammys and PR Parade—and have interviewed some of  Hollywood’s top celebrities, including Justin Timberlake, Selena Gomez, Justin Bieber, Pitbull, Leonardo DiCaprio and Sofia Vergara.

The new season of The Amazing Race premieres with a special two-hour episode at 8 p.m. on January 5, and then the weekly show will move to its regular 9 p.m. timeslot on January 12.
