Rapid Transformational Therapy Changes Mindset
Many women who “have it all” are waking up to find that they’re still not happy. That comes from following the path society has laid out for them rather than what they really want, says Leah Crescenzo, a clinical hypnotherapist trained in Rapid Transformational Therapy.
“Through RTT, Hypnotherapy and coaching, we’re able to clear disempowering beliefs and patterns from the past to create an intentional, confident life filled with passion and purpose.” Crescenzo says. “Building a strong and solid foundation of self-love, self-belief and self-trust is the first step in creating a joy-filled life.”
These techniques are especially helpful for women who are experiencing difficulties with relationships, confidence, anxiety, self-esteem or self-worth, she says, adding, “This has been my own personal experience and the experience I’ve had with countless clients since working with mindset.”
Over “one turbulent summer” in 2009, she says, she gave birth to her daughter, lost her longtime job and split up with her husband. “Caught in survival mode, I was forced to rediscover the tools I had learned and discarded over the prior decade: yoga and holistic nutrition.”
In 2015, she began using
hypnosis to change her mindset. “Today I’m on the other side, and I can tell
you that change is possible. You can have the freedom you desire. Freedom from
relationships that don’t work, thoughts that are disempowering and cravings
that are keeping you trapped.”
