Natural Awakenings Hudson County NJ

The Mindful Munch Method

with RD Rachel Naar

When was the last time you felt confident in your relationship to food and body? It’s been a minute, hasn’t it?

Does it feel like you work nonstop and food has to be easy, but your brain is fried and you just don’t have time? Do you feel like the binge monster rears its ugly head and takes over in the evenings leaving you feeling guilty? Are you OVER the stress-inducing insane internal chatter because you feel you’re doing everything wrong?

You know there has to be a better solution.

Imagine what it would be like to eat food in peace without your mind attacking you with ruthless thoughts. To be able to engage in conversations with friends and family during meals without fear, guilt, or preoccupation with food. To eat what you want but also be healthy and consider nutrition. To eat when you’re hungry, feel satisfied, not too full, and indulge once in a while. To look at your body and be proud of what it does for you instead of shaming it.

Doesn’t that sound good?

Does it feel within arms’ reach, or are you still puzzling about how this is all going to happen?

How do you think you’d feel if you conquered the long-standing battle of relationship to food and body?

Think about how it would impact relationships, sex life, self-esteem, movement, emotional, physical, and mental health. Pretty much would touch upon everything, wouldn’t it?

So it’s time to make a change. Because I know you probably have felt like your relationship to food and body is a problem. And it’s a problem because it creates stress and causes physical and mental health to suffer. And with that impact long-term, you’d feel emotionally drained, physically unwell, and anxious. But if you were to make a change and achieve harmony between food, mood, and body, you’d be doing cartwheels. You’d feel peaceful and at ease without the fear and anxiety creeping up for months, years, and decades to come. It’s time to make a change. I invite you to join me in the Mindful Munch Method along with the vast community of people who have consistently and reliably felt food freedom.

I'm a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist here to help you debunk and demystify food, draw connections to overall well-being and make life palatable!
