Attadippa Yoga, Mastani arts & and Hudson County Recreation & Parks offer FREE yoga classes. 

The classes are designed to be open from beginners to advanced Yogis. It is a perfect opportunity to release stress, strengthen the body, and clear the mind while meeting new people.

The classes are in Hank Gallo Community Center at Lincoln Park, New Jersey.

Sundays 10:30AM (You must do check in order to be allowed in class).

All you have to do to take the class is to get a ticket in advance. Due to our current situation COVID 19, the space is very limited, so if you cannot make it, you must cancel the ticket to be available for someone else. COVID 19 guidelines: Keep your distance (6 ft. apart) Wear a mask at all times If you are not feeling well, we ask you to stay home to protect yourself and others. Wash your hands with soap and water for at least 20 seconds when you get home.

Note that you must fill out a form and we will take your temperature at the beginning of each class.
