Join us for our free September Community Classes at Urban Souls for one hour of yoga on Saturday, September 11th, 18th, and 25th from 2PM-3PM. This class is an Open Flow Level class taught by a recent Teacher Training Graduate. The class will provide modifications for beginners as well as advanced variations for students seeking a greater challenge. You can expect the class to be moderately challenging, as well as include breathwork to guide you through the practice. The class will conclude with stretching and relaxation. Our Open Flow class is an amazing way to combat the midday slump, and will revitalize you by increasing blood flow to restore your "chi"- or life force, leaving you inspired and ready to take on the rest of the day.
