A breathwork & sound journey: Breathwork (also known as pranayama) and sound are used as powerful practices to stimulate our body’s innate healing response. When combined energetically, we are able to activate the nervous system in such a profound way that it triggers amazing shifts in “Theta brainwave” receptivity—ultimately clearing, cleansing, and amplifying our energetic state of flow. By following the rhythm of our breath into this space, stuck or sluggish energy and trapped emotions rise to the surface to be released.

Supported by the high vibrational (and beautiful) sounds of crystal healing singing bowls, as well as other ancient instruments, this immersive breathwork and sound experience will leave you feeling light, clear, joyful… and ready to go with the flow!
