Online Event for Adults and Young Adults
Writing for Wellness is an online weekly support group that fosters expression. Led by our Social Work professional, Olivia, writing sessions will cover positive coping skills, self-care journaling, reflection activities and more.
All sessions will be live on Zoom. Open to adults and young adults.
