Balancing Ayurveda is the ancient art of living in tune with the rhythm of nature. Often referred to as the “sister science” to yoga, it is a holistic wellness practice that supports balance and health through simple daily practices and rituals. Although these practices have been around for thousands of years, they can still easily be applied to our modern lives to support immunity and longevity. As the seasons change, Ayurveda suggests that we too must make small changes in our lifestyle and eating habits in order to stay balanced. Join Lindsey for this online workshop and learn how to build a self-care routine and diet appropriate for our transition into the FALL season! Lindsey will share all her Ayurvedic tricks to stay grounded and calm as we shift toward the cooler months!

Lindsey is a NAMA (National Ayurveda Medical Association) certified Ayurveda Health Counselor, wellness mentor, and yoga teacher based in Hoboken, NJ. Through her study and practice of yoga and Ayurveda, she’s learned that living in alignment with nature is the ultimate form of self-care. She is the founder of The Prana Parlor where she works with clients to inspire transformational shifts in their health and wellbeing. Her lifestyle coaching infuses together the ancient practices of Ayurveda, self-care rituals, plant-based nutrition and yoga to pave the path to balance and intuitive healing.
