JCFamilies is launching a new exciting initiative, the JC Feministival Series, a monthly series of free events to serve as a means to empower, showcase and promote local businesses owned and operated by women. The first event will take place from 3 to 8 p.m., June 10, at Exchange Place Plaza, in Jersey City.

Each Feministival will feature local female artists, chefs, fashion designers, healthcare providers and other business owners as they grow their presence in the community.

Since 2010, JCFamilies has been dedicated to serving and supporting families in the Jersey City area, bringing parents and families from the local communities together through events, classes meet-ups and online.
